Hello Stefano,

Seems like the problem is similar to stair-stepping effect: http://www.agisoft.ru/forum/index.php?topic=269.0
If the problematic areas are seen from only few photos (two, for example) such effect can occur.
Also these steps could be decreased by increasing the geometry quality but for the large projects it is always not possible.
