Process Depth Maps only?

I'm pretty sure it can.

I've managed to do it manually by creating Dense Cloud and cancelling the operation once I see the Depth Map is stored in the chunk.

Also is there a shutdown script that can be applied after the processing has been completed?

In older PhotoScan versions the dense cloud generation task in Python API includes both depth maps and dense cloud filtering stages. It is the single operation that cannot be split into separate parts.
