I am having the same trouble here. I'm trying to upload some .prj files for use with Alaska State Plane  and
 Agisoft will not open them.
I really need this to work so any suggestions are much appreciated

Hello AlaskanTides,

In your PRJ file the units are defined as meters. So you need to fix it to
Code: [Select]
UNIT["US survey foot",0.3048006096012192,AUTHORITY["EPSG","9003"]]In case you are using US survey feet, or specify the the valid definition to the units used (in case it has EPSG code, use it).

Also if you have modified some projection file and the new system doesn't have EPSG code, you need to remove AUTHORITY tag related to PROJCS section (usually the last tag in PRJ).
