Problem with exporting ortophoto

I need help :-[
I have a problem with exporting ortophoto. When I go to the File -> Export ortophoto default values for Pixel size are:
2.44879e-07 H
2.39528e-07 V
When I enter a new values (0.03 H; 0.03 V) message appears: Can't export ortophoto!
Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hello Martina,

Seems like you are exporting in WGS84 coordinate system and values are given in degrees. To apply meter values (3cm, for example) please use "Metres" button next to the H,V pixel size values.
