Inconsistency between reported points in dense cloud and number of exported poin

I have a dense point cloud that Photoscan reports as having 90 million points. When I do an export, only 58 million are written out. I have tried both  las and txt formats with no effect. Also, have tried using version 1.55, 1.20 and 1.22 and still have the same problem

Please specify, whether you have this issue in the version 1.2.2 (for the dense cloud processed in this version) and if so, provide the workflow that we can follow to reproduce the problem (if you are using PSZ or PSX format, edit dense cloud prior export and etc.).
