Monitoring change of repeat surveys tool

A very useful application of Agisoft is for generation of DEM to monitor change.

 It would be extremely useful to have a couple of tools that would help this process.

 1) Ability to annotate areas that we know don't change using the selection tools

 2) Ability to improve alignment and quality of model through repeat surveys (for non changing parts)

 3) anything else that would help in aligning and dealing with repeat surveys of the same area that includes some know stationary and dyanamic areas.

We are trying to use agisoft to monitor coastal erosion

This feature will be extremely helpfull in Mining/Construction too, I'm sure other industries will benefit too.
There are other software that can do these things, but ultimately an "One Stop Solution" is best resort in stead of multiple software to deliver end product to client.
