missing bands in mosaic

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has this kind issue before. Recently, we're using Agisoft Photoscan to process some images, which have 5 bands (channels) in TIFF format. Somehow only the mosaic's first and second bands has data, the rest of the channels are all black (0 values). We were able to process some 6 bands Tiff files (from Terracam mini-MCA) with the same process without any issues. So it's strange to see the issues now.

If you could provide some suggestions, it'll be appreciated.

Yes, there's information in all the layers of the original images. none of them's completely black.
