Orthophoto generation with only control points

I want to generate orthophoto by using the following steps:
1: Align all images by using control/ tie points
2: make surface by using these control points
3 Use this surface for orthophoto projection

These are typical steps in PhotoModeler. Is it possible to to  do it in Photoscan.  Is there any other solution. Task is to have orthoimage.
