dense cloud stop working

Hi at all

I'm experiencing a very strange issue....

Align photo: ok
resize region, ok
mask photo, ok
build dense cloud: apparently ok but....
no cpu activity, no advance in % of general process

the project are only 68 photos and is not very complex (in respect to other one that have no problem...)

Is the Console pane opened? Do you see the messages displayed there?

Hello Antonio,

Do you remember, if any OpenCL devices are on in the corresponding tab of PhotoScan Preferences window? If so, then was it some kind of integrated graphics?

Possibly the GPU processing failed, but the assigned task is still "in progress" on GPU, while all the other jobs have been already finished by CPU.

in the meanwhile I tryied to change setup, now both graphic cards are active and....
apparently are working.....

Hello Antonio,

My recommendation is to uncheck the intergated graphic card, like on your screenshot and updating the NVIdia drivers for mobile GT card.
Also you can turn on processing log in the Preferences window and check if any time there appear any error messages related to the GPU processing during the depth maps estimation.

Dear Alexey

thanks for your suggestion

for a complete vision of the problem, I need to say that those strange problem started with last update of video card driver update last month. I experienced frequents "freeze" of pc and, also, blue screen of death when I tryed to change open cl setting on preferences.
Now I'm looking for a diverse driver..

I'll keep you informed in order to help any other people will experience same problem

Hello Antonio,

Do you mean 361.75?

Blue screen is usually related to the hardware/drive issues, so I can suggest to perform a clean driver install.

yes, I'm downloading that driver and changed a ram module that reported an error

When you start driver installation you'll be asked for Clean Install option.
