Hello,
I am an absolut beginner and have still this problem: using the magic ward in photoshop, I click for instance "clear", to remove a background, and it will become white. When I try the same in agisoft, the results looks different. I found no easy tutorial for the procedure, which has to be done bevore the alignment of the pictures. I need it, when I have a background  behind an object I would like to print later with a 3D-printer.

I found that there were a few videos in YouTube that were helpful - the Minnesota Anthropology ones deal with masking in Photoscan.
