Ortophoto from thermal mosaic

Dear Agisoft team

I have previously made orthophotos from thermal images in PS with great succes, but in the latest version 1.2.3 it seems that there are no negative values in the tiff file after export.

the raw images from the IR camera does have the correct values.

am i missing something?
