datum conversion

hello,
i had a problem with the output orthomosaic that was converted to my request by agisoft.
the project was done in DJI P3 on WGS84 datum.
i needed the output to be converted to israel new itm,
the output orthomosaic had a small shift from my survey (which was used to get my GCP's), manually shift of the whole ortho fixed the problem.

i have transformation parameters that i want agisoft to use from WGS84 to israel ITM, is that possible? a custom transformation? (I have a prj file)
