Recovering the pitch (camera gimbal angle) and yaw (platform heading/camera direction) helps significantly in obtaining proper alignment on images.
Roll for a gyro-stabilized UAV camera on a gimbal should always be zero.
At least for DJI products where the altitude in the EXIF data is so far off, also adding the height above ground from the flight log makes for more accurate and repeatable geo-referenced ortho photos.
By including theseveral data values you can then set the accuracy value for each camera much lower, and in my experience Photoscan doesn't have as much difficulty finding common points in adjacent images
I create a camera parameter import file that defines lat, lon, altitude, pitch and yaw, then on the same line sets the roll to zero and the accuracy to 1
