Memory Requirements for Build DEM and Ortho?

I have  a large aerial job

- nearly 3,000 photos at 24 MP

I am using the Split in Chunks Python script to split into chunks after aligning all photos and then merge the chunks back together. I am wondering about the memory requirements to build a DEM and Ortho from all 3,000 photos in the new version.

Are there any estimates on how much memory will be needed to build the DEM from the point cloud and then build the ortho from the DEM?

I am using the cloud and can add memory but there is trade off of processor speed and increasing memory.

Any thoughts would be most helpful!

Ask Alexey to give you V1.2.4 u will not bother with RAM issue any more, i processed an Ortho photo use 46000 images.

Alexey, I do not see any references about memory use in the changelog, could you provide details about it ?
