Remove points from mulitple frames

Greetings,

Is it possible to remove a specified part (e.g. a circle selection) of a dense point cloud from multiple frames at once ?

I have a multiframe chunk with 157 frames. Within these frames I want to delete a red cylinder that is present in all frames at a fixed position.

I have tried using the Magic Wand tool but this seems to be frame specific.
