Why is my model flat? It shouldn't be.

I made a model with 6 photos, and in both the sparse and dense cloud the model is flat besides a few outliers.

I calibrated the camera trying both the camera focal length (7.9mm) and the 35mm equivalent (38mm).

I have several other models I have tried using old pictures scanned that also are either completely flat, or a flat surface that is curved.

Anything I can do?

looks like bad camera parameters are being entered. Can you show camera calibration dialog?
