Hello Stefano,

Georeferencing is based on camera coordinates and/or marker coordinates. So if there are no coordinates input in Ground Control pane the model will be arbitrary oriented.

In case the coordinates are present and Z-axis is still inverted you should make sure longitude and latitude are not confused.
