Help, Agisoft photoscan 1.2.4 64 bit windows 10 didnt work

I have agisoft photoscan 1.2.4 64 bit installed in my notebook, it always crash when add photo, i dont know why.
Please help..
My notebook MSI GT 72, intel i7 6700 HQ, geforce gtx 980M, DDR 4 16 G.

Can you send us any photo that crashes the application to support@agisoft.com?
