skipping photo alignment

Hi:

I have accurate IMU data, at any rate accurate enough for our purposes, so it would be very useful an option for the alignment consisting in doing nothing, i.e., take the control coordinates and rotations as definitive values. In cases where PhotoScan algorithm fails to align all images this option would save A LOT of work.
