Lens calibration for every aperture setting?
« on: May 08, 2016, 04:04:54 PM »
Hi!
I would like a question that may be a bit basic: do I have to do a different calibration for every aperture setting?
When I shoot the photographs for my models I generally abide by the rule (as suggested by a friend) that I keep the aperture setting constant during the entire photoshoot.
First of all: is this a good idea? Does the aperture setting have an effect on the lens themselves? Do I need to redo the camera calibration for every aperture setting, or is it enough to do only one per lens?
Thank you for the help!
