can't open projects after saving

I have two projects, one that is complete having gone though the entire workflow, and another that was saved after the first step. I am unable to open either of these projects.  When I try to open I see the progress bar on the screen for a few seconds then nothing. No error message. Eventually the program will show as not responding. Any ideas?

hello John,

Is it possible that you have high-resolution model and default view is set to the Textured option? I can suggest to switch the default view to Point Cloud and try to reopen the project.
