Source of local coordinates of pointclouds

Hi, everyone,

Does the origin of local coordinate of pointcloud created by PS is the position that UAV acquired the first photo, which seems optical center?  In addition, I would like to learn the unit in local coordinates and how to generate the local coordinate.
