Pc vs Mac for photoscan

I am thinking about buying a new computer and wondering if a Imac 2015  5k model with 4.0GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 (Turbo Boost up to 4.2GHz ) AMD Radeon R9 M395X with 4GB of GDDR5 memory and 64 of ram will be good enough ?  (the best model of 5k imac) or should i build a pc with better hardware?

For less money you can get far better specifications than that Mac.
Albeit that most of the specs of it are good, the cpu is a bit inadequate. What you will want is a 6 core i7 (12 cores hyper threaded). And preferably one with a very high clock speed. That will really save you time in processing.
