Orthomoasic with contours

Hi all,
I am trying to generate orthomoasics with contour lines for work in agriculture. I have made the orthos and found how to generate the contour lines but would like to export both together for map printing and working in other programs. Is there a way to do this? Sorry if this has been asked. I looked and haven't found anything yet.

The only way to visualize them both together would be if you exported them from Photoscan seperately (GeoTIFF and shapefiles) and import these in a GIS and then overlay the shapes onto the Orthomosaic. Perhaps change the appearance of the contour lines and then either export them as 1 picture(JPG, PNG, TIFF).
