Windows installer not working on 1.2.5

I get a message on attempting to install 1.2.5

'This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package.'

Trying to go on a windows 10 64 bit machine.1.2.4 works fine.

12 hours later and a fresh download, and it all works perfectly.

I just need to get up to speed with the new features.
