DNG colour shift

Sorry if this is already answered, I couldn't spot it.

Overjoyed to see the addition of DNG support.

However, I'm finding some of my DNG files are a very strange hue of purple pink.

Probably missing something very simple, but I've checked the files, and they don't have any adjustments applied – i.e. I didn't have the white balance set wrong and correct later, though it does happen sometimes.  So it shouldn't be that the metadata is ignored.

Makes a fine model, just one that's pink. I texture it with jpg/tiff exports which is fine, just don't think it's meant to be pink to start with.

Also only seems to be for one of camera models I've tried – the Nikon D3100.
Shot in Raw, converted to DNG with Lightroom CC

I've looked at DNG taken in the same place/day/conversion/settings white balance etc and they are fine. These cameras were
Nikon D700  and D7000 and both look entirely fine.  It's only the D3100 files.

What have I misssed?

Hi, I have a similar problem with the DNG's from a Canon 5D MKIII:

There is some strange color-fringe in my files, that looks a bit like chromatic abberation but it's definitly not!

In the attachments you can see a ca. 200% crop of the center part of a DNG file viewed in adobe camera raw (with no editing) and photocan pro 1.2.6 (Build 2834).
In the more "zoomed" screenshot you can clearly see that there is something strange going on especially in the vertical lines...

Hi, i just tried the new 1.3.1 update, but sadly still no progress on the CR2 / DNG files from canon...
The 16bit tiff files are eating up my hdd´s!
And before anyone tells me that jpg´s are almost the same:
yes they are, but if you look at the noise of the dense cloud in the shadows you see a big difference!

Do you need 16bit images? I drop them to 8bit (per channel), or as I prefer to call it 24bit colour. Then I save as lossless PNG with max internal compression option..

I need to retain all information... the original Raw files are 14bit, so going down to 8bit means to loose information...
I'm sorry, I don't get why CR2 or DNG from Canon still don't work, I guess there might be some proprietary pixel-layout or something, but I can't be the only one needing this...
