Which steps in workflow needs to be re-done after adding GCP's ?

I have rendered some maps.
Then added more GCP's. (and placed them in photos)

-which steps in the workflow need to be redone ?

Usually placing markers step is performed after aligning the photos.

Thank you, yes, I know that's the usual way,  just needed to verify that everything after needed to be recomputed.
