Aligment problem with turntable
« on: July 06, 2012, 03:21:35 PM »
Hi,

I tried to align some pictures.
I put the sample( murex) on the center of a turntable. I taken 25 pictures on the 360°
I created on Photoshop a mask and imported, for all photos, in photoscan.
I aligned , High - disabled. After with medium , and with low , another time with low  and now it's Ok!

I tried with generic , whit the same mistake

how to avoid this problem?

Did you select Photo->Import Mask after importing images and before the bundle adjustment.

Hello Stefano,

Are there enough points found on images? Or maybe, by the other hand, there could be too many wrong matches (caused by noise on the images) that are avoided on low accuracy alignment.
Is it possible to provide the data set?
Best regards,

Ok Alexey, I understund the problem. I redo the photo, whit less iso,  and then try another time, with PS.
Many thanks

Hi Alexey,

 now ps works perfectly.
I improved the image quality.
I have used a lower sensitivity, uniform illumination and a greater depth of field.
Now ps runs perfectly aligned.
Many thanks
