+1 I can´t seem to find any other denoising software worth the results...
I've tried meshlab but i can´t seem to get the results i want using Taubin...
There are many surface-preserving denoise algorithms out there, im sure agisoft super developing team can implement one of them!  ;)

If photoscan has a quality metric per vertex on the mesh, it would be interesting to weight the smoothing according to vertex reconstruction confidence.

Any one from Agisoft looking into such a excellent idea! Good one Infinite! Love your work BTW!

Noise reduction / point cloud filtering is one of our biggest requests, would be very useful to have.

bump.. i really think this is a huge problem with photoscan... I'd like to see tools to fix this in at least the pro version.

Performing the smooth command on selected faces only would be nice, compared to smoothing the whole mesh

+1 for that idea! Especially for body scans it would be great to keep the detail on the head but smooth the body.
