It would be nice to support the vertical ellipsoidal datum in WKT-Files. Sometimes, the horizontal and vertical ellipsoid can be different.
As a customer in Germany, it is not possible to receive a geoid file (TIFF) at no costs. But it is possible to calculate the undulation at any point, so the difference between the WGS84/GRS80 ellispoid and the defined vertical datum DHHN92 is known. But per horizontal definition, you are not using the WGS84 ellipsoid, instead you use the Bessel ellipsoid.
