Licence transfer issues?

Hi,

I think we have an old version of Agisoft. Someone else installed it on their computer without me knowing and they no longer work there. I recently installed the software and it runs fine, no licensing issues. However I dont think they deactivated it on the other machine and I have no idea where the other machine is or if it got wiped. However the license still works on my pc, so not sure what is going on. Shouldn't it stop me from being able to use it if it hasn't been deactivated on the other machine?
