What is the best camera between these two ?

Same camera... which of these lens is best for photogrammetric purpose ?

FOV 78.8° 28 mm (35 mm format equivalent) f/2.2 Distortion < 1.5% Focus from 0.5 m to ∞  (new Mavic drone)

FOV 94° 20 mm (35 mm format equivalent) f/2.8, focus at ∞ (old but good Phantom 4)

Doubt it will make much difference. From an aerial platform 8mm is too little difference in focal length to significantly impact how high you'd have to fly. It's the same sensor, so if I were you I'd give more consideration to the size/weight of the airframe and potential increase of portability with the Mavic.

A larger FOV is not better for photogrammetric purpose (less photos) ?
