Hello Forum,
I am trying to do a 6D pose estimation for models created from photogrammetry and to estimate them on a 2D image (unseen). I used Metashape standard version as of now to make the models . I also have the pcd file/points file from the software exported and I want to get the corresponding 2d images/their ids for the 3d points from the model. Using these images I would match them with my query image with the model in the image to estimate the pose. I would like to know if this is possible to do with the python API available in professional edition. If so , it would be great if any of you could suggest an idea of how I could do this . Any answers to this will be so helpful since I'm currently doing for my university project :)

Regards,
Aishwarya

Hi Aishwarya,

from any 3d tie point in the point cloud, it is certainly possible to get the 2d photo coordinates of each corresponding image (at least 2) thru API...
