Distorted ortho?

I am using a drone for basic survey work. The image I am producing seems quite inaccurate when overlayed on Google Earth - see attachment.
I'm not sure if the issue is in the image capture with the drone or in the processing with Photoscan.
How can I resolve which it is and how to fix it?

Your ortho is wrongly projected due to improper geo-referencing.

First off; how did you geo-reference the project

I am using Mission Planner by Ardupilot which records coordinates then puts them on the images.

If you can resave the project in PSZ format (PhotoScan Archive) with the dense cloud / mesh removed, and send it to support@agisoft.com, we can check what could be wrong with the referencing.

Hello Pirate,

Thank you for sending the project file. We have checked it and it looks like the coordinates do not fit the real camera positions (you can see that the images related to the turn have the coordinates input as they lay on the straight flight line).
