georeferencing one cloud with another

Hi - I have a point cloud generated with DJI drone photography, with some ground control in the imagery (collected with survey-grade GNSS). I also have a set of photos from a helicopter taken later in the day with no ground control targets. Can I automatically compare the two clouds in Agisoft and use the georeferenced drone cloud to tie the floating helicopter cloud to the ground? Or would I need to extract points (markers) of obvious features and then pretend those are GCPs in the heli photos?

create two chunks
then allign chunks using the points option will take a long time but should work
