Running Issues on tegra-ubuntu
« on: October 11, 2016, 11:58:11 PM »
I am currently trying to run photoscan on Ubuntu via the ./photoscan.sh command within the application directory. The result is an error message of:

Syntax error: word unexpected (expecting ")")

to give an idea of my system lsb_release returns:

LSB Version:    core-2.0-arm64:core-2.0-noarch:core-3.0-arm64:core-3.0-noarch:core-3.1-arm64:core-3.1-noarch:core-3.2-arm64:core-3.2-noarch:core-4.0-arm64:core-4.0-noarch:core-4.1-arm64:core-4.1-noarch:security-4.0-arm64:security-4.0-noarch:security-4.1-arm64:security-4.1-noarch
Distributor ID:    Ubuntu
Description:    Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS
Release:    14.04
Codename:    trusty

uname -a returns:
Linux tegra-ubuntu 3.10.96-tegra #1 SMP PREEMPT Tue May 17 16:29:05 PDT 2016 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNU/Linux

any help to get the software running on this system would be greatly appreciated

Hello hotairballonfreak,

Usually this message indicates that you are trying to run PhotoScan on 32-bit Linux.

Hello hotairballonfreak,

Do you still have the same issue on the 64-bit Linux?
