Estimate Image Quality, Textures, Saving
« on: December 07, 2016, 01:15:48 PM »
Hey,

When Photoscan does @Estimate Image Quality@.

It will check the whole picture, but I don't need the areas checked that are masked out.
If there would be an option to only check the not masked areas, it would help a lot.

The @Estimate Image Quality@ algo is pretty fast and it would be good if there would be a second one.
If I choose the second algo, it will show me in pictures which parts are not so good and have faults.
Like this I could more easily find bad pictures, and take the same shot again.

----------------------------

There are algos for Focus Stacking like Zerene Stacker is using it.
But to me it seems like Photoscan is not really taking the best parts of a picture for the texture generation.
It must be difficult to do this with a three dimensional object but it shouldn't be impossible.

---------------

Could u build in a save step during processing. Like this it would be possible to do a restart without loosing several days of computing.

Thanks
