Understanding the Agisoft XML structure
« on: November 29, 2016, 01:30:28 AM »
Hi,

I'm new to 3D stuff and have just started using Photoscan properly so forgive me if this is common knowledge, but I'm exploring the Export Cameras data can't find any documentation of the Agisoft XML structure, specifically how the numbers in the <transform> tag refer to the co-ordinates of the cameras.

1) Can anyone help me understand and interpret them?

2) If they're related to some standard way of working with 3D co-ordinates, is there a good tutorial?

(If it's relevant, I'm hoping to take the co-ordiantes and play with them in Processing or similar.)

Thanks,

Pete

Don't know if the format has changed much in the last couple of years but i worked this lot out back in 2014 to convert between pscan and bundler formats which may help, as the bundler format is more well known:

Thanks - I guess my next task is to understand the Bundler format! Onwards!
