photoscan not working with mountain lion

hi,
i updated my system to mountain-lion recently.
at first i tried to open it on my macbook pro resulting in a system freeze.
on my mac pro photoscan opens propperly (have not done any testing, like loading images),
but when i close the program i get glitches on right click menues or windows start flickering pretty wild.
so i suppose it's some graphic-card related problem, or open-gl?
with snow-leopard everything worked fine ...
can someone confirm this problem or give me a hint how to solve it?
