Custom Key Mapping
« on: August 12, 2012, 05:44:10 PM »
Just an idea for custom key mapping in Agisoft to help speed up some batch processing that has to be done by hand, like for example inverting a selection.

Is there a way currently to map "Edit/Invert Selection" to a key? if not this could be useful.

As well as a key defined for "Crop Selection" or ability to set custom mappings.

Keyboard Shortcuts
« Reply #1 on: November 16, 2012, 08:44:13 PM »
Hi, I'm testing your software and i found one small quirk (or I missed it on the documentation):

When working with a large set of photos the lack of keyboard shortcuts can be counter-productive. It would be nice to have some  keyboard shortcuts for functions like:
  • Next/Previous photo - To use to iterate between pictures, when disabling blurred pictures on the chunk
  • Enable/Disable/Remove photo - same as above

I think it's an easy fix that can greatly improve user experience.

First Post here!

I just loged in to ask for an "Add Selection" mask Shortcut...That would be grrrreat!

When there's a lot of photos to mask, that would be really a time saver...

Thanx for this really good software!

Userdefined shortcuts to any command would be fine.

@navalguijo
There are shortcuts for that (but you can?t define the shortcuts by yourself):
Ctrl + Shift + A = Add selection
Ctrl + Shift + S = Substract selection
Ctrl + Shift + I = Invert Selection
V = Navigation
M = Rectangle Selection
L = Intelligent Scissors
P = Intelligent Paint
W = Magic Wand

"m" especially for marker placement in 3d viewport, as you have to keep pressing it.

Also "ctrl + i" for invert selection?

keyboard shorcut

Hello,

An other feature which would be great is if we can change the keyboard shorcut ourself. For example the ctrl+shift+A on an azerty keyboard isn't very pratical...

Thanks again!

Shortcut Keys
« Reply #8 on: January 25, 2014, 08:01:57 PM »
I have been unable to find any shortcut keys, and find it really annoying switching between tools when editing masks, point clouds, etc.  Are they shortcuts I'm missing?  If not I think they should definitely be added.  Like the delete key for removing your selected points when cleaning up the point cloud.

Thanks!

Hello ricjy4207,

PhotoScan hotkeys are mentioned in AppendixC of PhotoScan Manual: http://downloads.agisoft.ru/pdf/photoscan-pro_1_0_0_en.pdf

i see ppl started a lot of topics about shortcuts even few years ago, so as i find most annoying while polishing scans is clicking between "navigation" and different selection modes to clean up point clouds.
most obvious would be to bind it to "q", "w", "e", "r" ... navigation, rect. sel. ...

anyway, wouldnt it be much easier to add option and let user bind keys as they prefer?
