yaw, pitch and roll

hello,
there are 3 orientation angle omega, phi and kappa
but in agisoft called yaw, pitch and roll
are
 yaw= omega??
phi= pitch???
kappa = roll ???

The short answer is "No" - yaw, pitch and roll are different from phi, omega and kappa.

You can see how OPK angles could be imported to PhotoScan using script command in the following thread:
