Building Facade: Point cloud Exporting in Different Scales

Hello,

I am trying to export the different facades of a building as an e57. or any point cloud file. It is the same building, however, when I open the point cloud in another software (ReCap or Faro Scene), the building facades are different sizes. Would anyone know why this is happening?
