Different cameras for a one spot

Can I use a different cameras for a one spot(building)?
From the air(roof), using quadrocopters.
From the ground(walls) - dlsr.

I've not done a lot of drone work (if any) but I can tell you that I have often shot models with multiple different cameras from different manufacturers and different lenses and the results were fine.  I think this method demands that Photoscan do a little more work/calculation, but it comes out.

Give it a shot.  Then you'll know for yourself.

Yes.  From a Sony, a Canon and a Nikon.  All processed at once.  Came  out quite nicely.
