problem with open PhotoScan 1.3.0 x86

After instal PhotoScan Professional I cant open it.
I have message: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002). Click OK to close the application".
My OS is Windows XP Home Edition, v2002 ServicePack 3.
I have instal:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.30729.6161
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86) - 14.0.23026
and
Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile.

Working OK:
PhotoScan Standard
Lens
Networ
Viewer

only Professional didnt work.

Raport from Dependency Walker:
Error: The Side-by-Side configuration information for "c:\program files\agisoft\photoscan pro\PYTHON35.DLL" contains errors. Nie mona uruchomi aplikacji, poniewa jej konfiguracja jest niewaciwa. Problem ten moe rozwiza ponowne zainstalowanie aplikacji (14001).
Error: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in an implicitly dependent module.
Warning: At least one delay-load dependency module was not found.
