The original images were about 100 Mb each, and we converted a black area around the photo to be a transparent alpha layer in Adobe Photoshop. For the attachment, I had to scale down the image and convert to a jpeg using GIMP to get the size below the limit. The camera locations were the center point of the image calculated from a GPS and IMU. However, I did not enter GCPs. When I was learning Photoscan and using fewer pictures, I had no problem like this.
