ETA on new version of Photoscan?

Hello,
is there an estimated time of arrival for a new version of Photoscan?
We are now version 1.3.0 build 3772 (5 February 2017), and have problems with utilizing it fully because of the current bugs. If possible, can we use a development/beta version and we take responsibility for results and reporting to you?

I think the 1.3.1 update will be available in late March.
