Camera recommendations

Hi all first time user here with a quick question, just wanted to know what camera is best for use with photoscan as the camera I have only saves as jpeg and I'm looking to upgrade to one that saves out to raw. I'm not looking to go too expensive yet but looking for around the £300 mark. If anybody would be good enough to advise which one maybe best to go for that would be great

Sony alpha 5000 around 360 euros 16-50 mm lens included

I'm using a Sony A6000 with the 16-50 lens.  Seems to work well with the lens set to 16mm and mid range resolution.

My real favorite is the Sony A7 with a sigma 19mm prime lens.
