Sorry if this is a question that has already been asked... We currently do NDVI imaging with a Parrot Seqouia and a Tarrot HexaCopter. I would like to get a Average NDVI value for a complete field. I want to be able to see if there is a drop or increase in the average NDVI value of an field after a few flights. For instance if a plant lice infestation would become present in a wheat field, would the average NDVI value of the whole field drop?
