Is there any way to import or open an NIR GeoTIF created by another package (e.g. DroneDeploy) and run the raster calculator over it to create an NDVI? I have a set of NIR images that just won't stitch fully in Agisoft. Some images won't align no matter what I do so there are gaps in the NDVI.
