Exporting dense cloud from chunks, maintain scale?

I see its possible to to use the scale of a single chunk to force the other chunks to fit the same scale in alignment.

If I wish to do the alignment in another application, is there a way to ensure the dense clouds from each chunk will all be exported at the same scale?

Hello chrisd,

Probably you should align chunks using the first one as a Reference, if you need to have all of them scaled to the same dimensions.

I am having some issues with the chunks aligning in Photoscan, so I wanted to check the alignment in another application.

I believe I have to check my shooting strategy as it appears the overlapping cameras at the edges of the chunks are very close together in location and the angular difference is very small. This is probably confusing the alignment.
